Here we have a very nice and interesting piece of WWII era Bavarian porcelain: a 8 1 2" diameter plate marked KANZLEI DES FHRERS (Fuhrer Chancellery) near one of the edges. The back has the maker mark of Johann Seltmann "Crown" Vohanstrass Bavaria, over a HEVE logo.
