Louis Boillot Chambolle Musigny Aperitif and only the finest premiersA blend of three parcels, the Chambolle Musigny Village has a vivid bouquet with red cherry, bergamot and potpourri scents. This has fine delineation, though it's not complex. The palate is medium bodied with fine tannins, well judged acidity and nice structure. Again, it just needs more complexity to manifest on the finish, but it is on par with the previous vintage.
