Cordella, Brunello Montalcino other_regions_italy 92/try from 2010+Made with certified organic fruit, the Cordella 2015 Brunello di Montalcino shows a note of scorched earth or burnt ember that I recognize from some of the other Brunelli from this warm and sunny 2015 vintage. The wine is not overripe per se, but the warm conditions of the vintage have instead endorsed toasted or charcoal like aromas. Those smoky tones are backed by dark fruit, cherry confit and blackberry preserves. Try out some barbecued beef ribs
